
Q. How often will I get charged?
A. Once you've signed up for a subscription you'll be charged up front for the length of the subscription type you've chosen. Once your subscription is nearing the end of period we'll send you an email alerting you and then automatically renew your account.
Q. What do I do if I've forgotten my password?
A. If you've forgotten your password you can click on the Forgot Password link on the login screen and we'll then send you an email with a new temporary email. You can then change this password by following the “change my password” instructions.
Q. How does choosing how I feel affect what Exercises and Intents I get for the day?
A. Each day you'll be delivered a range of Exercises that are good for moving oxygen in the body and preventing pain and discomfort. The intents are related to what you have chosen each day to feel, and help by being inspirations, helping you take a mini-break, or just influencing your state of mind.
Q. How will I receive updates for the [ Choose My Day ]?
A. Once a new release is available you'll be prompted the next time you login so you can download. If there are any new exciting or major upgrades we'll also let you know via email.
Q. How often do I see Exercises?
A. Once you have signed in to your [ Choose My Day ] we will deliver you Exercises and Intents every hour.
Q. What if I don't like an Intent?
A. You have the ability to rate each Intent after you've seen it by using the star rating function on the top right. Any intents you rate with 1 star will not be shown to you again.
Q. Can I install [ Choose My Day ] on my home computer?
A. Yes you can! Once [ Choose My Day ] has been successfully installed on any computer you will be able to login, set your states and view the exercises and intents.
Q. Does my weekly subscription allow me to access the tools on the BE Intent website also?
A. It most certainly does! Your subscription gives you complete access to download [ Choose My Day ] as well as all the tools on the BE Intent website.
Q. Can I connect to the BE Intent website from my [ Choose My Day ]?
A. Yes you can. On the side navigation from your [ Choose My Day ] screen you will see a home link as well as a My Fix link. Both of these will take you through to the BE Intent site.
Q. Do I need to be online to use [ Choose My Day ]?
A. In order for [ Choose My Day ] to download the Exercises and Intents from the BE Intent server you will need to be connected to the internet. This happens just once in the day, and after that you don't need to be connected.
Q. I want to install [ Choose My Day ] on my work computer, do you have any information about how it works that I can discuss with my boss?
A. You can click here to be taken to the TELL MY BOSS page, which has an explanation of the beneficial uses of BE Intent in the work place. If you need further help we are happy to speak directly with your boss or IT department.
Q. What if I do not want my subscription to be renewed?
A. If you do not want your subscription to be renewed you will need to login to BE Intent at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date and request that your subscription be cancelled. You can do this within the settings section of your My Page.
