Suzanne Hall conceived BE Intent from a passion for personal well-being. The concept is modelled on her successful international business where she had staff retention of 95% for 15 years.
She has handpicked a small team of special talented people who are also passionate about making people feel good. Recognising a need for people to feel more engaged in their work and their lives, the BE Intent team have used technology to do just that.
The BE Intent team is all about helping you find your best path and creating tools and motivation to help you walk it.
We know how hard it is to find balance and inspiration and to be productive. The team are all busy people who face their own challenges. Most of the team are parents who also have the pressure of working full time.
Life is earnest enough and we've learnt that to bring out the best in people, a strategy of small incremental steps and gentle humour works best.
